Sonar is an internal review-management tool operated by Ancira Auto Group ("Ancira") for its employees. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Who may use Sonar
Access is limited to Ancira personnel who have been given an account by a Sonar administrator. Accounts are personal. Do not share your password or sign-in links, and tell an administrator right away if you think your account has been used by someone else.
Acceptable use
- Use Sonar only for Ancira business: reviewing customer feedback and preparing responses to it.
- Only view data for the dealerships you are assigned. Do not try to bypass access limits.
- Do not paste confidential information that is not needed to write a response into the "Write a response" tool.
Drafted replies
Suggested replies are produced with the help of AI and may contain mistakes. They are drafts only. A person must read, edit, and approve every reply before posting it manually on Google or any other platform. Sonar does not post replies itself.
Third-party services
Sonar reads review data from Google Business Profile and uses OpenAI to analyze reviews and draft replies. Use of that data is also subject to the terms of those providers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and changes
Sonar is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable from time to time. Ancira may suspend or remove access at any time and may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
